Salah Al Awadhi is the CEO of the Future Communications Company Group for the past 20 years and has a proven track record in leading the company from the ground up and transforming it into a key player in the regional market. Among his many accomplishments is getting the company listed on the Stock Exchange and ensuring rich dividends for the shareholders for a majority of his tenure.
Hoshang Engineer is the group's CFO and is accountable for its financial and risk management operations. He is part of the team that was instrumental in starting the company in 1996 and his current role also includes operational responsibilities for selected line of businesses within the group. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for over 25 years.
Sundar Krishnamoorthy is the group's Chief Operating Officer for the ICT business. His main role is to streamline the various facets of the company's ICT businesses and align them with the corporate expansion goals of the company. Sundar has over 25 years of managerial experience spent largely in the ICT industry and has Engineering and MBA degrees from premier schools in India.
Hamada Morsi is the Legal Advisor and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Future. Although his main role involves local governmental and corporate governance, he is also responsible for convening and servicing Annual General Meetings, conveying decisions, providing support to the Board of Directors and acting as a liaison between the Board and government bodies.
Future has set up a new division titled Enterprise Networking & Security Solutions to address opportunities in the areas of surveillance solutions, audio-video conferencing mobile surveillance solutions, access control solutions and consulting services. The company sees a huge potential in the market due to the new regulations introduced by the Ministry of Interior and aims to fill the gap for these services in future.
Future EBS has now been certified as a Partner for the Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions segment by Microsoft. This means that Future EBS will now be in a position to provide a full suite of services dedicated to the SMB sector with the complete support and guidance from Microsoft. This is in addition to also being certified as a Gold ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Partner by Microsoft recently.
